This Lego movie is the best movie ever! Heard that before? Well it's true. If you haven't seen these cute little lego people then you are really missing the boat. Living in a fantasy world is very interesting, right? Well not quite as interesting as real life, but pretty good anyways.

I'll be reviewing another movie next week.

Perry Marshall is one of the best experts at Facebook around. I highly recommend his book The Ultimate Guide to Facebook Advertising. It is a real goldmine. Also be sure to check out Perry's main website here: http://perrymarshall.com

I have created a short survey to be taken by students on the first day of class (September 19th, 2013) to give us some background on who our students (you) are!

This class begins Saturday, October 19th and continues through November 23.
8am-12 noon.  The instructor is me, Curtis Simpson. I taught this class last year and am looking forward to teaching it again this year.

This year we'll be leaner and meaner and more aggressively going after what we want to market.

It’s become a huge online store, with vendors offering merchandise with fixed prices and people are buying.

Note that this article is from Anthony Morrison who is a very successful Internet

It's important to focus on benefits rather than features. In this article we see that the great Apple Company does just that:

"Apple has always focused on a personal approach to marketing products. The brand makes consumers want its devices by marketing how the latest device makes users’ lives better and easier. Apple convinces consumers that they need the latest iPhone or iPad. The brand doesn’t talk about technical features — it keeps the focus on the product. Instead of talking about the processor or the screen, Apple tells consumers how they’re going to use the product and the reason it’s better than competitors’ similar products."
